2006-12-31-CAP-save-sos: CAP mission: Fly the roads and ranches in SE Colorado after massive snow storm. Found the jackknifed truck... he had been there 5 days, just ran out of diesel fuel and water today. CAP crew called in a helicopter to transport the driver to La Junta hospital. He was checked and released... very thankful to be rescued. This picture made it to the Civil Air Patrol annual report to Congress in 2007.
